Directors Education Program

Implemented jointly by the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Management, the DEP allows participants to discover new perspectives in contact with leading experts in governance in Canada, share their knowledge and experiences with their peers and add value to their boards.  The DEP is offered nationally at Canada’s top business schools.

ICD members are entitled to exclusive discounts on application fees for admission to the program.

As the mission of the ICD is to represent the interests of directors in strengthening governance and performance of Canadian companies, the Institute of Corporate Directors has implemented in partnership with the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, two training programs.

ICD.D CERTIFICATION

Granted by the Institute of Corporate Directors, the ICD.D designation is a clear demonstration of a director’s commitment to practice and build on the skills and knowledge acquired through the Directors Education Program.
